Petitioner herby files his Response to Respondent’s Request for Production of Documents, dated February 2, 2007 as follows:
1. Petitioner is unable to prove a negative. Petitioner has no records to prove these figures are correct.
2. Same as #1, above.
3. Same as #1, above.
4. Same as #2, above.
5. I had four dependant children. I will send a sworn affidavit to support claim. I also had charitable giving; I will attempt to locate documents from the recipients. If I cannot locate I will copy cancelled checks. I paid mortgage interest and property taxes for this year. Again, I will locate records and send separately. I used my automobile for business purposes, though I have no expectations of locating any records for such.
