Petitioner above-named hereby files his Response to the Request for the Production of Documents of Commissioner dated September 26, 2007 for the tax years 2003.

1. Taxpayer will gather these up and present them as soon as possible, if possible.
2. (a) Taxpayer has no documents on this.

3. Taxppayer does not have the magnificent of the tax service. Taxpayer has limited and office skills. Needs additional time to comply with this request.
   The commissioner with unlimited resources relies on hear ay and unauthenticated documents. Taxpayer wants to submit an affidavit on all his expenses, deductions etc and be done with this case.
