RESPONSE TO STIPULATIONS

Petitioner, Chris Freeman, hereby files this response to the IRS stipulation dated 09/12/2008.

3. Petitioner respectfully declines to answer this stipulation citing my 5th amendment right. Petitioner further understands that the IRS claims that failing to file is a criminal offense.

5. Deny – The figures appear to be incorrect to me. Respondent will have to produce these figures provided for them from UGA-Association Field Services (hereinafter “UGA“), a division of the MEGA Life and Health Insurance Company. and whomever else your information came from.
6. Deny – The figures appear to be incorrect to me. Respondent will have to produce these figures provided for them from Performance Driven Awards, Inc. (hereinafter “PDA”) . and whomever else your information came from.
7. Deny – The figures appear to be incorrect to me. Respondent will have to produce these figures provided for them from Alan Shimamto and whomever else your information came from.
8. Deny – The figures appear to be incorrect to me. Respondent will have to produce these figures provided for them from Mellon Investor Services and whomever else your information came from.

10. Petitioner respectfully declines to answer on Exhibit 3-J because 2004 is not the year in question in this Tax Case and ask that anything with 2004 Tax Year be removed from these stipulations. Petitioner respectfully declines to answer this stipulation citing my 5th amendment right.
