RE: Henry Patriot vs CIR Docket # 1106xxx and 2080xxx
Dear Judge Wells,
Enclosed is a copy of the marriage certificate for me and my wife Lee. She used her maiden name for the marriage ceremony and marriage records. If any verification of her name is needed I am sure District Counsel Young will be able verify the validity through his connections with the Social Security agency.
As this certificate shows, my wife and I were married in 1994 by Pastor Robert of Heritage Baptist Church.
I certainly hope this will put to rest any doubts Mr. Young has had about my marriage and I await a written apology from him for his disrespect and disbelief of my word under oath, and also for the manner in which he and his agency have treated me.
I ask the court to grant sanctions against the IRS for their harassment and abuse. Had Mr. Young merely contacted me personally, stating he needed this information, I would have been able to provide it to him sooner and we could have avoided the time and expense that was incurred by all parties involved. All I ever received from the IRS were form letters and demands for money, much like the mafia. Not one person took the time to personally contact me and treat me with the deference that is due an individual.
With attitudes of this type, the IRS has become nothing more than a Marxist, communistic agency which thinks they are above the law and above treating people with respect!
Yours,
Henry Patriot
