Goeke, Judge, U.S. Tax Court dated, July 24, 2006, which decided deficiencies in Petitioner’s federal income tax and awarded penalties under section 6673(a) against Petitioner and the denial on May 12, 2008 by Judge Goeke of her Motion for Reconsideration filed on May 7, 2008.
