RE: M. Vs CIR, DOCKET #106xxx

Dear Ms. Harper,

In reference to the court order to supply you with other receipts and documents showing my expenses, I have many receipts and records that would show proof of my business expenses and the lack of authenticity by my then accountant. But I have realized that I am in a precarious position. As a physician I cannot share my patient information due to HIPPA regulations. I would be violating my oath as a medical doctor for which I could potentially be sued and possibly lose my license to practice.

When I saw you in court on November 5, 2007 I gave you a copy of my accounting records that show expenses and deductions. I regret that I am unable to provide you any more detailed information and I am not sure as to the accuracy of these records.

I have learned through my dealings with the IRS that my accountant was not professional in his work ethic, gave me poor advice and basically has made my life a living hell. As you know, I have hired on a new accountant and I do hope to get some of my problems resolved.

I do want to cooperate with your agency and obey all the laws and pay any tax that I owe, however I cannot break other laws to do so.

Sincerely,
