Commissioner Internal Revenue ) Status Report
Respondent, )
Pursuant to the Court’s order Dated June 6, 2006, the Petitioner submits the following Status Report on this case:
1. Even though this case is calendared for trial on Sept 11, 2006, a trial on that day is unlikely because District Council has made many errors.
2. Ms. M has requested many times from District council and many other IRS Employees a settlement of this case. However, they have refused to even negotiate a settlement.
Ms. M has business expenses of approximately 70% of her gross receipts. Many people do not pay her for her work. Also she has five children; also she is entitled to a refund for illegal telephone taxes illegally collected by the IRS.
3. Ms. M has a great deal of office records, documents, canceled checks, purchase orders, receipts, etc. both paper and electronic. District Council needs to inform her when and where he wants this documentation presented to him. IF he so desires, petitioner can mail to him her documentation to substantiate the cost of running her office.
However District Counsel, should he want to meet with her personally, needs to give her enough notice so that the lives and safety of young mothers will not be endangered in this area.
4. Ms. M thanks the judge for sending a copy of the amended petition for 2002, which now answers some of the questions she has had. McCammon is now getting ready to deliver to DC her records in the format he wants as soon as she hears from him his preferences.
CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE: I do hereby certify on this date that a copy this pleading was sent properly to opposing counsel.
