Re: Confiscation of Liberty Dollar property on November 14, 2007.

Dear Agent Andy:
As As you know the US Mint has posted a warning on their web site
http://www.usmint.gov/consumer/index.cfm?flash=yes&action=HotItems that states the
use of the Liberty Dollar by my political organization NORFED is a federal crime.y Dollar by my political organization NORFED is a federal crime. As you also know I have filed a federal lawsuit for a declaratory judgment to have this
miss-information removed.
When you and your crew raided my business, Liberty Dollar you removed all my
computers with my document files, paper files, financial records and many of the details
relating to the lawsuit plus many of my exhibits.
Please return all of these to me as they are part of a lawsuit and I need the information
and exhibits to prepare and present the lawsuit. If you like, I can go through the materials
that you took from me and pick out what in particular I need for this case.
I hereby request that you return everything to me that you seized or at least the material
that has no bearing on your investigation.
When we talked on November 26, you told me that you were investigating me/Liberty
Dollar because of the US Mint warning. However, we know that the US Mint has no
power in this regard. Please coordinated with the DOJ attorneys in this case and then
return all materials that do not pertain to their investigation to me.
You have no reason to keep any of the vast materials that you took from me and YOU
SHOULD RETURN THEM! If not, I will move the court in Asheville, North Carolina
for an order requiring you to return these materials.
Sincerely,
Bernard von NotHaus
