1. I am a patriotic American Citizen and a pro se Petitioner in this case before the United States Tax Court.
2. I have no training in law or tax but I am doing my best to understand and abide by the Rules of this Court.
3. I (Petitioner) never received Respondent’s Exhibit A (Notice of Deficiency) while residing at any past or current address.
4. I (Petitioner) never received Respondent’s Exhibit N (Certified Mail) while residing at any past or current address.
5. All attached Exhibits to Counsel’s Motion for Summary Judgment are objectionable due to the fact they are copies and not originals and therefore should be rejected as “hear-say” information.
