Petitioner hereby requests that Respondent produce for Petitioner’s inspection and copying the following documents within 30 days after service of this request in accordance with Rule 72, Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Tax Court and on the instructions below.
PRODUCE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS
1. Copies of any and all documents and records pertaining to me and this case, in particular, for the tax years 2004, 2005 and 2006.
2. Copies of any and all documents and records from any employer pertaining to me for above-listed year, in particular, those documents that are properly authenticated and W-2 and 1099 forms.
3. Copies of any and all documents and records pertaining to my political activities or beliefs, and memberships in any political groups especially for the tax years listed above.
4. Copies of records from illegal aliens who may have illegally used my SSN.
5. All documents you intend to use at trial
INSTRUCTIONS
1. If any document or part of a document cannot be produced in full, produce and specify the identity of the documents not produced together with the reasons for not producing them. If any documents cannot be located, describe with particularity all efforts made to locate documents and/or custodians and reasons for their disappearance or unavailability. If any documents exist which are not available, state where the documents are located including name, title, address and phone number of their last known custodian.
2. All documents which are in Respondent’s possession, access or control or that of Respondent’s agents or attorneys are to be produced unless privileged. If a privilege is asserted, state with particularity on a document-by-document basis the grounds for asserting the privilege.
3. All documents produced should be originals. If an original is not available the best copy available should be produced.
4. This request is continuing in nature. As soon as access is obtained to any documents not initially produced, Petitioner has the duty to supplement their production pursuant to Tax Court Rule 102.
