RE: Docket No. xxxxxx

Dear District Counsel:

Since the Court requires the parties to agree in writing to facts and documents which should not be in dispute, Philip Patriot in a “good faith” attempt has herein enclosed twenty three (23) signed interrogatories. Pursuant to Rule 71 of the rules of United States Tax Court, and Rule 33 Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, petitioner propounds the enclosed interrogatories as Informal Discovery to respondent.

For the purpose of these interrogatories the term “item” means any subject contained in a interrogatory for example: office expense, telephone tax, etc.

These interrogatories are in regards to the tax year 2005.

Yours,

Philip J.
Petitioner

Enclosures: (23) Informal interrogatories with this cover letter.
