How to Use Your VOIP Phone's Special Features

Call Forwarding

To use the call forwarding feature, you must log into your control panel at https://nexboom.nuvio.com/html/ . Under the Applications tab , select Call Treatments from the left menu. In the middle of your screen, under step 2 select to dial to an external number. In the 2 nd box enter the phone number you wish to have your calls forwarded to.

Call Hold, To place a call on hold:

Press FLASH button or click receiver.
Press FLASH button or click receiver.   (See also Call Waiting)

Three Way Calling

* Place first caller on hold (PRESS FLASH button or CLICK RECEIVER)
* Listen for 3 short beeps then dial tone.
* Dial 2nd number.
* PRESS FLASH button or CLICK RECEIVER for 3 way call.

Directory Assistance

411     Note: 75 Cents per call.

Voice Mail

From home,
    dial *123
    enter password: ________

From any other phone,
    call home #;
    press * during greeting
    enter Password:_____

Follow instructions.

Default password is 1234 until you change it.

You can also access your messages online at https://nexboom.nuvio.com/html/ click on the Applications tab at top then on Mailbox tab on left.

SPEED CALLING (SPEED DIAL)

This option is only available if you have a memory phone. Nexboom no longer offers this service. Check your user manual/directions that came with your telephone.
