Re: Randolph Getchell vs C.I.R. Docket No. 10491-00
Ms. Sabra Klein:
As previously discussed, we both desire an out of court settlement without a trial and via mail due to the distance between our locations. Also I think I told you that I have advanced emphysema as well as sciatic nerve damage making it most difficult to get around much. Currently I have to go in for emphysema treatment 3 times weekly. What income I have is from a medical disability which prevents me from doing my job that I had. Additionally Ms. Klein, I had extensive storm damage here from hurricane Ike and no electrical power for almost a full week. Later we had severe thunderstorms and tornados locally that caused even more severe damage, this not repaired nor cleaned up yet. Thank you for your patience.
In response to your request, I had numerous expenses and deductions for the tax year 2003. I request waiver of all penalties.
Expenses and Deductions:
1. Medical Expenses…………………………………………………… $3,745.00
2. Home Mortgage Interest…………………………………………… $5,372.19
3. Taxes………………………………………………………………… $897.00
4. Medical Retirement Mgmt. Home Office @ $150/mo……………… $1,800.00
5. Office Supplies………………………………………………………… $423.67
6. Related Publications…………………………………………………… $65.00
7. Casualty Loss (Theft & Vandalism)………………………………… $948.00
TOTAL EXPENSE & DEDUCTIONS…… $13,250.86
I also request proper authentication of W-2’s, 1099’s and other so called evidence of income.
Sincerely,
Randolph Getchell
