Pursuant to Rule 140c of Tax Court Rules, the Petitioner named above hereby moves for a change in the location of the place of trial to the Tax Court Session in Columbia, South Carolina.
This case is now scheduled for trial in Dallas, Texas. Petitioner seeks to change the location of the place of trial to the Tax Court Session in Columbia, South Carolina.
Petitioner recently learned that his primary witnesses can appear in Columbia, S.C. and Petitioner requests the change in location for the convenience of the witnesses.
The IRS has offices and facilities in both Dallas, Texas and Columbia, South Carolina, and therefore IRS will not be affected in any way by this change in location.
In conclusion, Petitioner requests that the trial be changed to Columbia, S.C.
