RESPONSE TO PRETRIAL MEMORANDUM for
RESPONDENT
1.
I would like to discuss an out of court settlement.
2. The IRS is attempting to use
hearsay evidence against me.
3. The IRS has listed my gross receipts as 'income.' 60%
of that gross is unreimbursed business expenses. I am allotted $2.00 per
mile for expenses.
4. I am unable to comply with the court's request for
production of documents as my trailer burned and records were destroyed.
5. Under the Cohen case, I can give a correct estimation of
business expenses.
6. I tithe to my church.
7. I pay ongoing child support for 3 children.
8. I have medical expenses plus state and local tax deductions.
9. I have deductions for interest expense on my dwelling.
10. I am entitled to a telephone tax cr
