When you have any official conferences with the tax collectors, you have rights and you have the right to exercise your rights. Do not let them boss you around. Take charge (just as they are instructed to do)!

A,  On this website are accounts by several patriots of confrontations and tea partys with the IRS. Read and study these.

B.  At any meeting with government agents you are entitled to have with you:

1. A tape recorder and/or a Court Reporter. IRC section 7421 and other regulations. A Court Reporter to us is anyone who knows how to turn on a tape recorder.
2. A representative, generally a licensed lawyer, a CPA or enrolled agent. The IRS now claims your representative must be licensed by them, which is discrimination based on wealth. Dr. Clarkson says take a representative of choice and do not let the IRS violate your rights.
3. Unidentified witnesses. They witness the IRS’ conduct toward you. You also may have expert witnesses to testify about facts and procedures dealing with your tax return and tax case.
4. Preacher, family members, and Clerical Assistant.
5. Dr. Clarkson says you entitled to an assistant Court Reporter and an Assistant Representative.

C.  Termination:

The IRS will attempt to quickly terminate all meetings with them, even though you and your witness have driven long distances, could not use free government parking spaces and suffered other outrages.

Therefore, refuse the terminations and instruct the agents that this is a public building and you are members of the public and therefore, you are STAYING!
