Dear Mr. Mopsick:

You sent me your letter dated June 20, 2007 asking for certain information.

My answers to your questions include:

1. Appeals Division NOD dated November 1, 2006 is incorrect and has many errors. These were listed in my petition and my supplement to petition previously filed. Did you receive these?
2. I offer collection alternatives including OIC, payments schedule, CNC, etc. These were listed in my CDPH request. Do you need another copy of this?
3. I will furnish the document for the OIC at the CDPH hearing. I will mail you my trial documents as soon as I can.

You issued a treat against me by falsely accusing me of a frivolous action. I am offended that you felt that I would be frightened by your cheap threats.

I am unable to make the June 27 hearing because you have not given me enough time to prepare. Please reschedule and notify me three weeks in advance.
