Post Office Form for IRS to file on Missing NOD

The IRS may claim to have sent to you the 90 day letter or Notice of Deficiency by registered mail. However you did not receive it.

The CDPH Law requires that the IRS present to you proof that you received the NOD plus the Notice and Demand Letter.

When they inform you that they sent this important notice by registered mail, but do not present proof that you received it, you should help out our public servants at the IRS and provide them with this form.

Your civic duty as an American citizen is to come to the aid of government employees who are having a difficult time. You should furnish them with USPS form no. 1000 Domestic Claim or Registered Mail Inquiry. Click on this link to print the form and mail it to them with an appropriate instruction letter.

They will be very appreciative that you are assisting them with carrying out their mandated duties, which are required by law.
