Patriot Paralegal Sherri B. of Florida recently won a bank summons case on appeal to Federal Court of Appeals in Atlanta. She already won two remands in this same case before the 11th Circuit Court on paperwork errors of the District Court, without a decision.

Since the bank already turned the bank records over to the IRS, this kills any use of them. As "fruit of the poisonous tree", this kills the criminal cases [not tax related] against Sherri and her family.
Sherri had a crazy Magistrate in lower court and a lazy Federal Judge who did not do his duty halting this outrage against her, which included a verbal dismissal of the 7609 Petition.
Sherri was appointed Patriot of the Month last year for her courage and steadfastness.
This is the second 11th Circuit decision for the PN this year. Another victory is expected any day on an illegal Federal Tax Lien.
