RETURN TO SHOW CAUSE

COMES NOW, Robert A. L., Petitioner, a non-attorney, untrained in the practice of law, and hereby responds to the Court’s Order to Show Cause dated October 28, 2009 and received by Petitioner on November 4, 2009.

Petitioner mailed with sufficient first class postage, in timely fashion to all Respondents. As soon as ANY Domestic Return Receipts (AKA “Green Cards”) came in, Petitioner forwarded such to the Court, along with the correct Proof of Service form. To wit: On November 1, 2009, Petitioner mailed to the court the following:

· Proof of Service and copy of Green Card for U.S. Attorney in Portland, Oregon

· Proof of Service and copy of Green Card for Rae Clark (agent) in Portland, Oregon

· Proof of Service and copy of USPS Certified Mail Receipt for JP Morgan Chase Bank in Indiana (the Green Card for them was not in at the time).

· Proof of Service and copy of USPS Certified Mail Receipt for the U.S. Justice Department in Washington, D.C. (the Green Card for them was not in at the time)

Under separate cover, Petitioner is submitting the final two Green Cards for Respondents JP Morgan, and U.S. Justice Dept. Petitioner is not responsible for the speed at which the U..S. Postal Service operates, nor the time it takes for Green Cards to be received and signed by Respondents. Petitioner timely sent Summons to Respondents. Therefore, the Court should take these things into consideration in its decision.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that the Court consider Petitioner’s response to Order to Show Cause and to not cause the case to be dismissed.

Respectfully Submitted this 5th Day of November, 2009.
