ORDER

AND NOW, this 27th day of December, 2011, it appearing that:

a. on June 20,2011, plaintiff filed a “Petition to Quash Summons or in the alternative, Injunction”;

b. plaintiff did not file a request to proceed in forma pauperis or submit the required filing fee ($350) when she filed her petition;

c. by Order of November 9, 2011, the court directed plaintiff to advise the court in writing whether she wished to proceed with this action; and

d. on December 14, 2011, plaintiff filed a petition to proceed in forma pauperis.

It is therefore ORDERED that:

1. Plaintiff’s petition to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED.

2. Plaintiff’s Petition to Quash Summons or in the alternative, Injunction, is deemed a Complaint, Summonses are to issue. The United States Marshal shall serve the summons and complaint upon defendants in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
