Dear Ms. Happe and Ms. Bux:

I am in receipt of the e-mail which Ms. Happe, the Records Custodian from PNC Bank, sent to me, today, at 6:54 AM, June 14, 2011. This e-mail included two attached documents. The first is the letter dated June 7, 2011, written by Ms. Bux, Attorney, IRS, to PNC Bank National Association, and the second letter is written by Ms. Happe, Records Custodian, to me dated June 13, 2011.

The letter sent from Ms. Bux, from the Department of Treasury, IRS, is not a proper summons as required by 26 UCS 7602. They may not obtain records without a proper court summons. If PNC Bank releases my private records to the IRS, I will sue both PNC Bank and the IRS under 26 UCS 7609.

Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Sincerely,

Kathy Patriot
