 Comes now Petitioner, pro se, Sheri Patriot, and for her motion for a default
 judgment states and alleges as follows:
1.   The Court’s docket does not show a filing in this case from AmSouth Bank, Regions 
Financial Corporation as successor.
2.   The Court stated in its July 17, 2007, order “AmSouth Bank has not filed any 
documents in this case.”
3.   There is no question this Respondent’s negligent actions were the proximate cause of 
this entire fiasco.
4.   Respondent has no defense and needs to know that they cannot simply disregard this
 Court by never making an appearance in an effort to make this case go away.
5.   Respondent’s negligence in the handling of this case is grounds for sanctions and 
liability of Petitioner’s costs.
6.   Should Petitioner’s Motion for Default Judgment be granted, Petitioner will provide 

this Court with a list of expenses for this case, beginning with the Petition to
 Quash filed May 23, 2005; going on throughout the appeal process with the 11th Circuit 
Court, which remanded this case on February 22, 2007; throughout the upcoming evidentiary 
hearing, and obtaining a final order by a District Court Judge.
7.   Further, should the need arise to appeal again, this Respondent should bear that cost.
 
Wherefore, premises considered, Petitioner moves this Court for entry of a default 
 judgment against this Respondent, and for all other and further relief as may be appropriate 
whether or not specifically requested.
