JURY DEMAND

1. Plaintiff, Marilyn Patriot, hereby makes a demand for trial by jury.

2. Plaintiff requested trial by jury, pursuant to FRCP 38, when the complaint was originally filed on October 11, 2007 in the District of Columbia (paragraph 3).

3. Plaintiff would like to re-assert that request after the case had been transferred to Wyoming.

4. A memorandum in support of the Jury Demand is attached.
