I sent to you on or about July 20, 2009 a Request for Admissions and on or about August 6, 2009 a Request for Production of Documents.

I have not heard back from your office as of this date on either of these documents.

I have attached another copy of each for your reference. If I do not hear from you by September 15, I will move the court for an Order to Compel.

I also have not received revised stipulations from you so that we may agree on certain facts of this case. Do we need another set since we previously had a hearing before Judge Morrison? I sent you my response to your stipulations in February, before our initial hearing.

I anticipate hearing from you by September 15 with the relevant information.
