Re: Confiscation of Accurate Consulting, LLC property on October 1, 2009.

Dear Agent Bauer:

When you and your crew raided our business, Accurate Consulting, LLC, you removed all of our computers with our document files, paper files, financial records and many of the details relating to the lawsuit plus many of our exhibits.

Please return all of these to us as they are part of a lawsuit and we need the information and exhibits to prepare and present the lawsuit. If you like, we can go through the materials that you took from us and pick out what in particular we need for this case.

We hereby request that you return everything to us that you seized or at least the material that has no bearing on your investigation pursuant to Rule 41. Please coordinate with the US attorney in this case and return all materials that do not pertain to their investigation regarding us.

Thank you for returning some of the items you took, but you have no reason to keep any of the vast materials that you took from us and the materials should be returned! Please return the rest of the materials, or we will be resolved to move the court for an order requiring you to return these materials.
