You sent me your letter dated January 20, 2009, attached. This was in response to the letter from me and only me dated December 20, 2008.

Your recent letter has my wife’s name, Ellen Patriot as a co addressee. You are not authorized to put her name on my letters. Please remove her name from my records.

Putting her name on my letter is a violation of the illegal disclosure statute IRC §7431. We can file suit in federal court for this.

Make sure my name and personal information is not placed on any letter to her.
