Petitioner, Henry Patriot, hereby files this Reply to Respondent’s Response to Open Record.
1. Petitioner is entitled to two dependent deductions for himself because he is over 65; therefore he did not make enough money to either file or pay taxes.
2. Petitioner does not have to file documentations proving basic facts well known to everybody, such as his name, age, address, etc. This includes the fact that he is married and provides for his wife.
3. Petitioner testified under oath that he was married during the years in question and the government did not dispute this with facts.
4. Petitioner, in his petition to tax court, stated that he had a dependant wife. District Counsel did not notify Petitioner that this was disputed or that he needed documentation to substantiate this basic fact.
5. Petitioner has fully cooperated with Respondent and has requested a mutually agreeable settlement.
6. In his filings in this court, Petitioner has not asserted any frivolous arguments.
7. Petitioner is an American citizen and has a right to be associated with any political group. That portion of Respondent’s Response to Motion to Open Records should be stricken.
Respondent is using against Petitioner an article from the website that is not owned or controlled by Petitioner. Petitioner did not write the article, read it, or even know that it was posted.8. Petitioner requests that this court allow him the double deductions due to his age and allow him a dependency deduction for his wife.
