1. Heretofore Respondent filed his discovery motion and petitioner was tardy in responding. Thereafter Respondent moved this court for show cause order making the discovery answered by petitioner to his determent.

2. However, on _______taxpayer filed his Reply to Respondent’s stipulations.  Therefore the discovery requirement has been met and the issue is now moot.

3. Therefore the motion and the said Order To Show Cause are also moot.
