Dear Sir:

I received a summons to appear before you on May 22, 2007. By statute, you are suppose to give me a minimum of twenty-one days. I received the summons from you on May 9, 2007. There is not twenty-one days between May 9, 2007 and May 22,2007. In order to abide by the statute, this hearing will have to be postponed.

Also, it is my right to have a witness and a tape recorder which I will bring.
