Fraudulent Conveyance?

Ownership of real or personal property means among other things that you 
have the right to transfer, sell or make it as donation or gift. When you transfer 
personal property including cash, the ownership and transfer is very 
hard to retract by you or others.

When you deed real estate to someone else, the deed is classified by the courts
 as inviolate unless incorrect or illegal. However, titles to real property can
 be revoked under a number of circumstances. If you apply for bankruptcy or 
unearned government benefits, you can be forced to retract the deed.
