Patriot The Slammer Goes to USDC

On Thursday, March 24th, Brave Patriot The Slammer went to U.S. District Court to fight a pocket summons case brought on him by the IRS. Starting about 11:30 A.M., with a number of patriot supporters attending, The Slammer told the judge how unfairly the IRS Agent(s) had treated him, and how they had possibly lied to him.

The Slammer gave his supporting cases in a very professional manner, even though he had never been to court before. The IRS Council tried to rebut his cases, but then The Slammer rebutted her rebuttal.

The Slammer wanted to question the IRS Agent and a witness for himself while they were under oath. The Judge was bumfuzzled!  With a blank expression, he asked The Slammer “What on earth would you want to have witnesses testify for?”

The judge ruled that The Slammer could not question witnesses. The Slammer asked the judge if he would receive and take a look at the questions?  The judge received and read over The Slammer's planned questions, and immediately asked the IRS Agent to come forward for questions under oath, by him, the judge. This case went great!
