In reference to your summons issued to me dated May 12, 2008, I will plan to meet with you at your office as listed above and as listed on Summons at 9am on May 27, 2008.

I will bring with me a witness and a tape recorder. The law provides for me to record this conference and to have a witness.

I want to cooperate with you and your agency and to do what is right. Please make arrangements for my witness to be admitted to this conference. Also be sure the security guards know that I will be bringing a tape recorder.

This conference is a great inconvenience for my busy patient schedule. I hope, for your sake, that some mother doesn’t go into premature labor and need an emergency delivery while I am dealing with this bureaucracy.
